This page explains what travelalanya.com stores in your browser today and how we count visits.

On every visit (no consent needed)

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — Remembers which language version you opened. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• currency (cookie) — If you change the currency prices are shown in, it remembers your choice for one year. If you never change the currency, it is not set.
• Visit counter (Vercel) — Counts which page was opened, from which country and on which device. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

Only if you choose “Accept”

• _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics cookies) — Help us measure how many people visit, which country they come from and which language version they read.

We don't use cookies for advertising. Google's advertising permissions stay switched off in every case.

If you choose “Decline”

No Google cookie is written to your browser. The fact that a page was opened still reaches Google, but without a cookie.

Other records kept in your browser (not cookies)

• Your cookie choice — Your “Accept” or “Decline” answer is kept for 12 months. After that, the banner asks again.
• Your hotel — If you enter your hotel in a form, it is remembered for 30 days so we don't ask again. This record stays in your browser only.
• The “Where are you staying?” bar — If you close this bar on the home page, it won't appear again for 7 days.
• Support button — Once you tap the support button, it stops moving until you close the tab.

Changing your choice

Tap “Cookie settings” at the very bottom of the page and the banner opens again. If you switch from “Accept” to “Decline”, Google cookies that were already written stay in your browser; you can delete them in your browser settings.

Your ticket page

The code in your ticket page's address is not sent to measurement tools.

What you tell us in our booking forms

This section explains what you type into the forms on this site, what we use it for and who receives it.

What we collect

• Tour, boat, yacht and other booking forms: your full name, phone number, hotel name and room number, the tour and date you choose, how many people are coming (adults, children, infants), any extras you add and the note you leave us.
• Airport transfer form: your full name, phone number, hotel, flight number and time, number of passengers, baby seats and your note.
• When you enter a flight number, only that number and the date are sent to AeroDataBox, a flight data service, to look up the schedule. Your name is not part of that lookup.
• Post-tour survey: your answers, your rating and your comment. Leaving your name and phone number is optional.
• When you send a form, your device’s internet address (IP) is recorded too. It is used to stop the same form being sent over and over, and it is stored with your request.

Why we need it

To set up your booking, to confirm it with you by phone or on WhatsApp, and to pick you up from your hotel on the day.

Who receives it

• Email: your request reaches our team’s inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. That email also shows your IP address.
• WhatsApp: a summary of your request, including your name and phone number, lands on our team’s WhatsApp numbers through a service called CallMeBot.
• Booking log: your request is kept in a log that only signed-in members of our team can open. The log is hosted by Supabase, a database service.
• The site runs on Vercel. Vercel’s server logs show your name and only the last four digits of your phone number.
• Your ticket page: anyone who has the link to your ticket can see your name, the tour, the date, the number of people and the amount. Your phone number, hotel and note are not on that page. Keep this in mind before you share the link.

How long we keep it

We keep the records of your request for 2 years; after that they are deleted.

Corrections and deletion

To have your details corrected or deleted, email hello@travelalanya.com or message our WhatsApp line at +90 534 594 04 81. Mentioning the name and phone number you booked with helps us find your record faster.

Payment details

There is no online payment on this site: every booking, whether a tour, a transfer or yacht hire, is paid on the day. None of our forms asks for a card number or bank details, so we never hold them.
