Yes, we collect you from your hotel. The coast from Demirtaş to Çolaklı is covered. We do not run pickups from Gazipaşa — if you are staying there you cannot join our tours, and we would rather say so up front. For anywhere else, send us your hotel name and we will tell you your pickup time and your own travel time.

Because a single figure would be wrong for some guests. The time at the activity is the same for everyone and is written on the tour page. Travel time depends on where you are staying — for the same tour it can be 10 minutes from one hotel and 55 from another. Tell us your hotel and we will give you your own figure.

On some tours yes, and we list every one of them on the tour page — what it is, roughly how many euros, and whether it is mandatory or optional. On rafting, for example, water shoes are mandatory to take part and cost about €5; you should know that before you book. We do not hide anything that is not included in the price.

On some tours, yes. On the Green Canyon Jeep Safari, for instance, there is a stop at a tahini mill where you are offered tastings and products are sold. You are not obliged to take part. Ask us in advance whether your tour has one — we will tell you straight.

Group tours run with at most 40-50 people. If you are looking for a small group, this format may not suit you — we also arrange private tours, so get in touch.

On the tours themselves the commentary is in English, German and Arabic. Booking, WhatsApp and support before and after the tour are available in Turkish, English, German, Russian and French. These are two different things — we state them separately so you know in advance which language the commentary will be in.

On most tours yes, but the limits differ by tour: scuba diving has a minimum age of 12 (federation rule), on the quad safari you can drive from 15 while children aged 3-15 ride as passengers, and rafting starts at age 3. Every tour page has its own family section: age limit, child life jacket sizes, strollers, nursing space, toilet breaks, shade and whether children actually take part.

Yes, we run one. The standard pirate boat trip serves alcohol and has no dress code; if you are sensitive about either, that trip is not for you. For the alcohol-free, families-only boat trip, get in touch and we will tell you the dates and availability.

The tour is cancelled. You then have three options: a refund, moving it to another day, or swapping it for a different tour. The choice is yours.

Cash, card and foreign currency — all three are accepted.

Yes, all our transfer vehicles are air conditioned.

On most tours children aged 0-5 travel free and 6-11 pay half price; from 12 the adult price applies. The dolphin show works differently: 0-3 free, 4-9 at 25% off, 10 and over full price. There is no child discount on paragliding, scuba diving or the fishing trip — everyone pays the same there, because the price is per set of equipment and instructor rather than per seat. On the halal concept boat trip, 0-3 travel free and 4-12 pay €15.

You can ask, but we cannot guarantee it and there may be an extra charge. On most tours the food comes from the kitchen of the place we stop at, not ours, so we will not promise something we do not control. Tell us when you book; we will check for that specific tour and give you a straight answer — including if the answer is no.

Yes. Our TÜRSAB licence number is 11267. We are an agency based in Alanya; we either run the tours ourselves or operate them with local suppliers we have worked with for years.
