Yes, on most tours we collect you from your hotel; some boats have no shuttle — each tour's page says which. Which areas we collect from depends on the tour; there is no single list that covers every tour. Unfortunately there is no hotel transfer from Gazipaşa — if you are staying there, please make your own way to the harbour or the meeting point. Send us your hotel name and the tour you want to join, and we will tell you whether that tour collects from your area, your pickup time and your own travel time.

Because a single figure would be wrong for some guests. The time at the activity is the same for everyone and is written on the tour page. Travel time depends on where you are staying — for the same tour it can be 10 minutes from one hotel and 55 from another. Tell us your hotel and we will give you your own figure.

On some tours yes, and we list every one of them on the tour page — what it is, roughly how many euros, and whether it is mandatory or optional. On rafting, for example, water shoes are mandatory to take part and cost 10 € at the station if you do not bring your own; you should know that before you book. We do not hide anything that is not included in the price.

On some tours, yes. On the Green Canyon Jeep Safari, for instance, there is a stop at a tahini mill where you are offered tastings and products are sold. You are not obliged to take part. Ask us in advance whether your tour has one — we will tell you straight.

Group size depends on the tour; ask us about the one you have in mind and we will tell you. If you are looking for a small group, a group tour may not suit you — we also arrange private tours, so get in touch.

On the tours themselves the commentary is in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Booking, WhatsApp and support before and after the tour are also available in French. These are two different things — we state them separately so you know in advance which language the commentary will be in. There is no French-speaking guide on the regular tours; for a private group of at least 15 people we arrange one.

On most tours yes, but the limits differ by tour: scuba diving has a minimum age of 12 (federation rule), on the quad safari you can drive from 15 while children aged 3-15 ride as passengers, and rafting has no minimum age (babies ride on a parent's lap). Every tour page has its own family section: age limit, child life jacket sizes, strollers, nursing space, toilet breaks, shade and whether children actually take part.

Yes, we run one. The standard pirate boat trip serves alcohol and has no dress code; if you are sensitive about either, that trip is not for you. For the alcohol-free, families-only boat trip, get in touch and we will tell you the dates and availability.

If the weather is not safe for the tour, it is cancelled. You only pay on the day of the tour, so you are not out of pocket at all. You can move it to another day, switch to a different tour or simply let it go — it is your call.

The standard is cash payment on the day of the tour. If you would like to pay by card, please ask us on WhatsApp.

Yes, all our transfer vehicles are air conditioned.

On most tours children aged 0-5 travel free and 6-11 pay half price; from 12 the adult price applies. On the Alanya City Tour and the Mini Alanya cable car & castle tour the child price is a fixed amount rather than half price: ages 6-11 pay 30 € on the city tour and 25 € on the mini tour; 0-5 go free. The dolphin show works differently: 0-3 free, 4-9 at 25% off, 10 and over full price. Rafting has its own rule too: 0-3 free on a parent's lap (the child rate if they take their own seat), 4-10 the child rate, 11 and over the adult rate. On the Land of Legends tours, children aged 0-3 go free on a parent's lap (full price if they take their own seat) and everyone from 4 pays full price. On the Antalya Aquarium tour, 0-2 go free, 3-9 pay the child rate and 10 and over pay full price. There is no child discount on paragliding, scuba diving, the fishing trip, horse riding, the spa and hammam or swimming with dolphins — everyone pays the same there. On the Pamukkale balloon tour everyone pays the same price too: children aged 0-5 can join the flight, but they are not free. On the Pamukkale & Lake Salda tour and the Cappadocia (2 and 3 days) tours there is no discount for ages 6-11 — children of that age pay the same as adults; ages 0-5 go free on a parent's lap. If you would like a separate seat for a child aged 0-5 on these tours, we will confirm its price with you when you book.

You can ask, but we cannot guarantee it and there may be an extra charge. On most tours the food comes from the kitchen of the place we stop at, not ours, so we will not promise something we do not control. Tell us when you book; we will check for that specific tour and give you a straight answer — including if the answer is no.

Yes. Our TÜRSAB licence number is 11267. We are an agency based in Alanya; we either run the tours ourselves or operate them with local suppliers we have worked with for years.
