What you need to know about booking, payment and transfers. If you can't find what you're looking for, message us on WhatsApp.

• How is a booking confirmed? — Sending the form is a booking request. Your booking becomes final once our team confirms it on WhatsApp.
• Payment — The standard is cash payment on the day of the tour. The price is fixed when we confirm on WhatsApp.
• Cancellation — You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled hotel pick-up. For later cancellations, a fee of 50% of the tour price is charged.
• Transfer and hotel pick-up — Whether the transfer is free, paid or not offered depends on the product. Transfer is not included in every tour.
