Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled hotel pick-up. For later cancellations, a fee of 50% of the tour price is charged.

• The free cancellation window closes 12 hours before your scheduled hotel pick-up and is counted in Turkish time (Europe/Istanbul).
• If you cancel less than 12 hours before pick-up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price is charged. The guest is obliged to pay this fee.
• This rule applies to tours you cancel yourself. If a tour cannot run because of the weather or the operator, we offer you another date or an equivalent tour; if you decline, no cancellation fee is charged.
• If a product has different cancellation terms, they are stated on its product page and in the WhatsApp confirmation.
