Transfer and hotel pick-up

Whether the transfer is free, paid or not offered depends on the product. Transfer is not included in every tour.
- For each product, hotel pick-up is one of three: free (included in the price), paid, or no transfer.
- The areas with free pick-up can differ from product to product.
- The price of a paid transfer is confirmed on WhatsApp. Your booking is not confirmed until you accept this extra cost.
- If the product page says nothing about the transfer, do not assume it is included — please ask us on WhatsApp.
